1. Services
Thesis Tutors provides supplementary educational and research-support services including tutoring, research mentoring, methodology and statistics support, academic editing, transcription, viva preparation, publication support, research tools, courses and digital research-workspace features.
2. Academic responsibility
The researcher remains responsible for their academic work, decisions, submissions, compliance with university requirements and use of any support received. Thesis Tutors does not replace a university supervisor, examiner, ethics body or awarding institution.
3. Prohibited use
Services must not be used to obtain ghostwritten assessed work, fabricated data or sources, impersonation, examination misconduct or other forms of academic cheating. Thesis Tutors may refuse or stop work that conflicts with these boundaries.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Grades, proposal approval, ethics approval, publication, admissions, viva results, corrections outcomes and other academic or professional outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the relevant quotation, booking, checkout or invoice. Any applicable VAT or other tax is handled according to the transaction, billing details and applicable tax treatment. Institution-specific or highly specialist work may be quoted separately.
6. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations
Booking, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and expiry rules communicated for the purchased service form part of the transaction. Where a service includes scheduled sessions or time-limited access, customers should use them within the stated period.
7. Editing and document services
Editing, proofreading and feedback services apply to researcher-authored material. The customer is responsible for checking the final document, complying with institutional rules and deciding whether to accept editorial suggestions.
8. Accounts and portals
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for using portal features lawfully. Access may be limited, suspended or removed where necessary for security, misuse, non-payment or serious breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Researchers retain rights in material they create and upload, subject to any third-party rights. Thesis Tutors retains rights in its website, platform, tools, templates, course materials and service materials unless otherwise agreed.
10. Reasonable service limitations
Availability may depend on discipline, language, methodology, specialist capacity and time zone. Thesis Tutors may recommend a different support route if the requested scope is unsuitable or cannot be responsibly delivered.

12. Contracting information
The legal contracting and tax details applicable to a purchase are those presented in the relevant invoice, checkout, quotation or agreement for that transaction.
