Universities can allocate purchased support capacity to defined cohorts or eligible researchers.
Usage controls
Entitlements, remaining credits, expiry and service rules can be visible in the Research Room.
Credit values and eligible services should be defined contractually before sale. This page does not invent conversion values that have not been commercially approved.
